Supoorted Decision Making
All adults including adults with disabilities, have the right and presumed to have the capacity to make their own decisions. Freedom to make decisions is fundamental to person autonomy and self-determination.

The person-centered planning process is an individiualzed approach to planning services and supports to help a person achieve their goals, stay on track to a life they want for them selves, and help them reach their vision of a good life.

Supported Decision Making
Everyone can make choices or decisions, people do it all the time with or without support. Some of those choices we do without even speaking a word about it. This a fact, all people no matter the capabilities get help to make those decisions especially important life decions. Don't make the decisions for them but support them to:
- Make choices
- Understand and explore the options
- Know the risk and benefits of those options
- Get guidance and recommendations
- Make and communicate a choice
- Carry out that choice, if help is needed do so
Individualized Employment Planning
The Individualized employmment process is an person-centered approach to planning services and supports need to either develop a career path, understand how to maintain employment, and develop the skills to live their vision of a good life. We're ready for you!
